Tuition Award
The Latin American Recruitment and
Educational Services program generally provides 10 to 12 semester
tuition awards each academic year for full-time undergraduate UIC
students. The award assists LARES students to reach their goal of
obtaining a baccalaureate degree.
IL Dream Fund
The IL Dream Fund Commission has raised $500,000, which will be used to fund scholarships to eligible undocumented students. Applicants who are in their senior year of
high school must have a GPA of 2.50 and an ACT of 17. Current college students should have a 2.50 GPA in their field of study.
Students
attending a 2-yr or 4-yr
college will be eligible to apply for $2,000 or $6,000 scholarships, respectively. The scholarship application should be available on the Dream Fund website on November 1.
